We recommend a clean microfiber towel that has been washed but not exposed to fabric softener.

What kind of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

 

Are your products available outside the continental United States?

Not yet, but we hope to make them available elsewhere in the future.

 

What is your shipping policy?

We only ship to street addresses in the continental USA.  Many customers find that it is less expensive to mail to a commercial property rather than residential. It is something to consider if this is an option for you.

 

Can I track my order?

At this time, we are unable to track orders.

 

How long does it take to ship?

Ships within one working day (Monday through Friday) and will arrive within 2 to 5 working days, depending on your location.

 

What if I receive a damaged product?

We are happy to replace the damaged/defective items in your order.  Contact us:

What do I do if my product is frozen from shipping transit?

If you find that some of your product has frozen when shipped during the colder months of the year, allow the product to thaw and come to room temperature. Some of the ingredients may separate. Shake the bottle for 20 seconds and the product will be fine to use. This will not affect the product’s efficacy.

 

What is your return policy?

You may return items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Contact us:
